The construction is based on the traditional Bulgar architecture, namely the appearance of a yurt used by Bulgar khans as summer residences. Traditional Tatar ornaments are recognizable in the design. The solution involves minimal intervention in the natural landscape. The structure is made of wood on a steel frame with traditional motifs.
